You can engage Hemko as your local Buyer’s Agent on the Gold Coast to undertake property inspections on your behalf.

We conduct property inspections on behalf of clients who:

are relocating to the Gold Coast and need some local feet on the ground.
are simply time poor and don’t have the capacity to attend dozens of open homes on weekends.
want someone with local market knowledge to inspect and assess properties and provide a property report on how each property meets the brief.
are looking to renovate or develop a property and want someone with renovation and development experience to assess the property for it’s potential.

A comprehensive property report is provided following each inspection.

You can either provide us with your own list of properties to inspect, or we can create a longlist of properties for you based on your brief.

As a Professional Project Manager, you can feel confident that Matt will make the search process as transparent, enjoyable and efficient as possible.

We never want you to feel left in the dark about the status of your property search, or feel that your property search is not being prioritised. As a Hemko client you will have access to a dedicated, collaborative client portal where you’ll be able to communicate with Matt on longlist and shortlist properties. While we love WhatsApp for general communications, you’ll never have to hunt back through a WhatsApp message chat to find a link to a property or some feedback that you provided.
