Kathryn Koch is responsible for making our Hemko projects look and feel good. She works closely with our building designer to create a unique, on-trend style for each home, including the façade, materials, colour palettes and floor plans. She then completes the selection of all interior and exterior fixtures and fittings, and styles the homes for sale.

Kathryn’s style is best described as modern scandi with a pop of colour.

As well as working on Hemko projects, Kath is available for interior design consultation, and has a selection of furniture available for interior styling for property sales on the Gold Coast.
